Inspire, Encourage, Teach, Equip for greatness...
Elizabeth Franklin, "Mrs. Liz" to the children and youth she encourages, is an author and motivationalist. She has spend the last twenty years teaching people how to appreciate and utilize their time to the fullest but by far her favorite audience is young people.
She conducts college success workshops called “TIME for COLLEGE- Survive and Thrive Time Priority Workshops” and success seminars for children and youth. She conducts specialized workshops for homeschooling mothers, children, college/single adult and teens. (For information on workshops visit www.timepriorityworkshops.com )
Seeing how receptive young people were to learning good time management skills from the workshops, Liz felt compelled to offer homeschoolers and teachers a time curriculum to instill these principles on a daily basis.
Mrs. Liz is a private teacher for her daughter and administrates for her husband’s music teaching practice. She speaks in churches, schools, and in the community regarding time priorities and youth motivation.
In 2006, Mrs. Liz released the first of many books, "I Miss My Time With You." After releasing time curriculum for 4th-college in 2009, she is currently working on a children's series called "The TIME Doctor" for pre-readers to 3rd grade. This delightful "doctor" helps fix children's TIME and help them overcome the "time monsters" in their lives.
Mrs. Liz released a new children's Bible story book this summer- "The Coloring Book Bible with Devotional Keys" with at least 75 stories not usually found in children's format. These Bibles are designed to personalize the illustrations and Devotionals help children apply the Bible to their personal lives. She writes a children’s Christian adventure series called “The Warrior Kids” as well.
Mrs. Liz lives in East Tennessee with her husband, Benjamin, and manages their private Christian music training center for youth. She has two children, Danny, 33,-who is in management, and Anna, 16, who is a seasoned author of nine children and teen books.
Mrs. Liz has been recognized in several Who’s Who in the past, including America’s Top 2000 Women, World’s Who’s Who of Women, Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women, Notable American Women, Five Hundred leaders of Influence, and Who’s Who in the South and Southeast, as well as in others. She and Ben were listed in Cambridge Who’s Who last year as well. She has been guest speaker for the State of Tennessee meeting of the Optimist Club, “The Spirit of the American Woman”, and has appeared on PBS.
